We always try to deliver accurate, useful, and ready-to-use data so that you can get the best results. At the same time, since our products are digital in nature and cannot be returned once delivered, our refund policy is structured based on the following terms and conditions.
1. No Refund on Delivered Data
Once the data is successfully delivered to you - whether through email, cloud link, or any other method - the order will be considered completed and final.
Since we deal in digital and consumable products, the data cannot be returned, reused, or resold once it has been accessed. Because of this nature, we do not offer any refund after the database has been delivered, opened, or downloaded.
We always recommend that you clearly review your requirements before placing the order. If you have any doubts, you can discuss with us in advance - we are always available to guide you properly before purchase.
2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases
Refunds are only considered in rare and genuine situations. We aim to provide smooth and timely delivery, but in case of any issue, the following conditions may be eligible:
- Non-Delivery of Data: If you do not receive your purchased data within 48 hours after successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays), you can raise a request. After verification, a refund will be processed if the issue is confirmed.
- Corrupt or Unusable File: If the file is completely corrupted or not accessible, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. After checking, we will either replace the file or process a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made double or multiple payments for the same order, you can inform us with proper proof. The extra amount will be refunded after verification.
All refund requests must be genuine and supported with valid proof. Each case will be carefully reviewed before approval.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Our data is collected from multiple trusted sources such as public records, online directories, and verified third-party platforms. We always try to provide accurate and useful information based on the latest available data.
However, since this information is dynamic and depends on external sources, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at all times. Details like phone numbers, emails, or job roles may change over time due to updates, deactivations, or other reasons beyond our control.
Because of this, some level of variation or outdated information is normal in any database service.
In addition, as the data keeps changing continuously, some contacts may become unreachable, switched off, or fall under DND (Do Not Disturb). Such cases are considered normal within industry standards, and no refund will be applicable for these minor variations.
4. Data Replacement Policy
In case of major quality issues in the data, we do offer a replacement option.
You need to share proper proof of invalid leads/data, such as call recordings, screenshots of bounced emails, DND proof, or a clear feedback report explaining the issue.
Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue internally. If the claim is valid, we will provide replacement data of the same quantity.
The replacement will be delivered within 24–48 working hours after successful verification.
5. How to Apply for a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund (if applicable) or data replacement, you need to follow a simple process.
Contact our support team at support@justdata.in within 24 hours of receiving the data.
Make sure to share your order ID, payment proof, and proper evidence supporting your claim (screenshots, call recordings, etc.).
Our quality team will review your request within 2–3 working days and update you with the final decision.
6. Abuse of Refund Policy
We follow a strict policy to prevent misuse and protect genuine clients.
If we detect any fraudulent activity such as fake refund requests, false proofs, misuse of data, or attempts to manipulate the system, Justdata reserves full rights to:
- Reject the request
- Suspend or permanently blacklist the account
- Take legal action as per applicable laws
